These Terms of Service govern your use of BOO! domain takedown services. By submitting a takedown request and checking the agreement box on our submission form, you agree to be bound by these terms.
BOO! is operated by Benny Boo. Our service involves the manual submission of abuse reports and escalations to domain operators, hosting providers, and relevant authorities on your behalf.
The Service
BOO! provides manual domain takedown services. When you submit a request, a member of our team personally reviews your report, vets the evidence, and contacts the relevant domain operator and hosting provider directly.
We do not use bots or automated systems to file reports on your behalf. Every report is manually reviewed and submitted by a real person.
Our service may include abuse report filing, operator escalation, WHOIS-based contact, and where applicable, formal complaints to ICANN or relevant registries.
Pricing & Payment
Our fee is $200 per successful domain takedown. You are not charged anything upfront.
Payment is due within 7 days of notification that your takedown has been successful. We will send you a payment link via email upon completion.
If we are unable to take down the domain, you owe us nothing. No hidden fees, no retainers, no charges for unsuccessful attempts.
15-Day Reappearance Guarantee
If a domain we have successfully taken down reappears and becomes active again within 15 days of confirmed removal, you are entitled to a full refund of the $200 fee. No questions asked.
To claim a refund under this guarantee, you must notify us at [email protected] within the 15-day window with evidence that the domain is active again (screenshot or URL scan). Refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the same payment method used.
This guarantee does not apply if the reappearance is caused by a newly registered domain (different registration) or a domain that was transferred to a new operator after takedown.
No Timeline Guarantee
We do not guarantee a specific timeframe for takedowns. Response times from operators vary significantly depending on jurisdiction, hosting provider, and the nature of the abuse.
We will keep you updated throughout the process and will notify you promptly if we determine that a takedown is not achievable.
Your Responsibilities
By submitting a takedown request you confirm that:
— The information you have provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
— You are authorised to request the takedown on behalf of the affected brand or organisation.
— The domain you are targeting is genuinely engaged in abusive activity such as phishing, brand impersonation, fraud, or malware distribution.
Submitting false or misleading takedown requests is a violation of these terms and may expose you to legal liability. BOO! reserves the right to refuse or cancel any request at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
BOO! is not liable for any damages arising from the continued operation of a domain during or after our takedown process, including but not limited to financial loss, reputational damage, or data breaches.
Our total liability to you in connection with any takedown request shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific request ($200).
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your takedown request — your email address, the target domain, and your abuse summary. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to carry out the takedown (e.g. providing your contact details to an operator where required).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance.
